There has been some debate around various blogs on colors vs. bw. Nothing controversial, just a discussion on how the different images are suitable for one or the other. This is one picture I have been sitting in lightroom turning colors on and off for a while now.
I think the color version is the best because it gives a much clearer impression of the time of day (dusk) due to the blue cast.
This looks great to me, infused with atmospheric color, and somewhat ‘impressionistic’ in that you can not clearly identify what it is a photograph of, thus has mystery and ambugity. Allows you to think and ponder;- )

I suspect most B&W images benefit from some sort of colored toning, that kind of makes them color images.
